We might be able to onboard the PM within 2-3 weeks depending on the complexity of the initiative. However, it depends on the team’s availability during that period.

How long does it take to set up a PMO?

That depends on the organisation’s size and readiness, but most clients see a functional PMO structure within 3-6 months and have the Portfolio visibility within a month. We prioritise quick wins and scale up as needed.

Can you work with our existing project management tools?
