Cel Medes
Director | Operations and PMO
Cel Medes Dijamco is Alxemy’s Director of PMO & Operations, bringing more than two decades of experience in programme and project management, business integration, and enterprise transformation. Her career spans New Zealand, Australia, and the Philippines, with leadership across PMO setup, HCM and ERP implementations, CRM, and large-scale change initiatives that bridge Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Technology.
Before joining Alxemy, Cel spent 15 years with MYOB, progressing from QA and BA roles into PMO leadership, and later served as Head of PMO at Commerce Vision. Internationally recognised for her expertise, she has served as a PMI Global Judge for the World PMO of the Year Awards for six years, reviewed submissions from over 60 countries, and is a current Committee Member of the PMI Sustainability Special Interest Group in New Zealand. She also judges the PMI New Zealand Annual Awards, including Project Management and Best PMO of the Year categories.
At Alxemy, Cel focuses on building governance frameworks, creating alignment across delivery teams, and designing service models that enable growth and resilience. Known for her ability to simplify complexity and create momentum, she leads with both structure and creativity. Beyond work, Cel enjoys painting, music, and spending time with family, often outdoors camping or travelling around New Zealand and abroad. She believes that “Success is measured not just in outcomes, but in the experience it creates around them.”
Casey Pantaleon
PMO and Operations Coordinator
Casey has extensive experience in project management and operations across the telecommunications, energy, and tech industries. As Alxemy’s PMO and Operations Coordinator, she plays a key role in coordinating and supporting project delivery, rollout deployments, stakeholder communication, and operational processes including reporting, documentation, and workflow optimisation.
Adaptable and detail-oriented, Casey thrives in fast-paced environments where plans turn into results. She’s passionate about process improvement, automation, and systems that help teams work smarter and deliver with clarity.
Outside of work, Casey enjoys staying active through walking, running, and strength training, and loves a good challenge from marathons to skydiving. Fearless in life and agile in approach, she brings the same energy and commitment to every project she supports.
Dylan Dimacuha
PMO and Operations Coordinator
Dylan brings more than 15 years of experience in software delivery, solution design, and operations management, spanning industries including healthcare, energy, banking, utilities, logistics, and government. As Alxemy’s PMO and Operations Coordinator, she ensures projects are delivered systematically, efficiently, and effectively, connecting strategy, technology, and execution to achieve measurable results.
Before joining Alxemy, Dylan led major healthcare IT initiatives in Singapore and the Philippines, including national electronic medical record and billing systems, mobile health applications, and digital transformation projects for one of the region’s largest private hospitals. Her background across development, business analysis, and project management allows him to design scalable, data-driven solutions that improve collaboration and operational performance.
A systems thinker at heart, Dylan is passionate about analytics, AI, and automation, always seeking smarter, more structured ways to solve problems and drive innovation. Outside of work, he loves travelling, biking, and cooking (with a growing interest in baking) and has a soft spot for crime documentaries and thought-provoking films. She believes in meliorism, that with effort, structure, and creativity, things can always be made better.
Ed Dijamco
Project and Service Delivery Manager
Ed brings a well-rounded background that spans engineering, software development, quality assurance, and project management. As Alxemy’s Project and Service Delivery Manager, he leads internal and client projects with a focus on structure, collaboration, and clear communication, ensuring every initiative runs smoothly from planning through to delivery.
He began his career as an electronics and communications engineer before moving into programming and software testing, eventually discovering his passion for project management. This technical foundation allows him to bridge strategy and execution, translating complex challenges into practical, achievable plans while keeping teams aligned and focused on outcomes.
Known for his calm, people-first approach, Ed thrives in bringing clarity to complexity and fostering collaboration under pressure. Beyond work, he’s passionate about sustainable project practices, art, and music, spending weekends painting, playing multiple instruments, and finding inspiration in balance. Guided by the belief that small, consistent improvements create meaningful change, he brings that same mindset to every project he leads
Marj Alisaca
PMO and Operations Coordinator
Marj brings more than seven years of experience in project coordination, operations, and technology delivery across New Zealand, Australia, and the Philippines. As Alxemy’s PMO and Operations Coordinator, he helps drive structure and alignment across projects, ensuring teams have what they need to deliver with clarity, confidence, and impact.
Before joining Alxemy, Marj led NetSuite customisation, software development, and SuiteApp implementation projects as a project manager for a New Zealand-based IT consulting firm. Earlier in his career, he was a College Instructor and Program Head for IT and Information Systems, an experience that sharpened his communication, mentoring, and problem-solving skills.
Known for his calm, structured approach, Marj loves building systems that make complex work run smoothly. Passionate about process improvement and emerging tools like AI and automation, he’s driven by a belief in constant learning and continuous improvement. Outside of work, you’ll find him biking, hiking, joining fun runs, or spending time with his two dogs, Johnson and Sky, always powered by a good cup of coffee (or three).
Tariro Sibanda
Project and Service Delivery Manager
Tariro is an experienced Project and Service Delivery Manager who specialises in the delivery of large-scale ERP implementations, including SAP and Dayforce. With over seven years of experience across North America, Africa, and New Zealand, she brings a global perspective to project delivery, combining structure, strategy, and empathy to help teams deliver with confidence.
Before joining Alxemy, Tariro worked as an SAP and HCM Consultant before transitioning into project management, where she has successfully led numerous system migrations and product launches. Adept in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies, she’s skilled at balancing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations while driving efficiency and reducing risk.
A natural leader and mentor, Tariro is passionate about the human side of project success, from the power of a positive mindset to the importance of inclusive leadership. Outside of work, she enjoys walking, baking, and mentoring young women on career development. A published author and marimba player, she lives by the philosophy: “Don’t show up to prove, show up to improve.”
